        Liability

​

1. The participant, by enrolling with BebiTots, does so at his/her own risk. BebiTots, its owner and employees shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from personal injury or loss of property. 
   
   Enrollment & Payment
    

2. BebiTots  cannot offer a pay per session service. By registering, you are enrolling to the corresponding package of sessions (Term). BebiTots promises to deliver the stated number of sessions.
    

3. Payment should be made in full for Term on or before the first session.
   
   Severe Weather Policy
    

4. Class will be cancelled if the HK Observatory raises: Black Storm warning or Typhoon No. 8 Signal. Otherwise cancellation due to bad weather is at the discretion of BebiTots. Parents will be notified of a cancellation about two hours before the start time
   
   Make up Class
    

5. If any class is  cancelled by BebiTots (e.g. due to bad weather, venue problems, etc.), we will offer a make-up class or credit if a make-up class can't be accommodated within the Term – no refunds will be given.
    

6. If a child is going to miss a session, parents must notify BebiTots in advance. The class will not be credited. BebiTots will try to arrange up to (1) make-up class per Term in a suitable session with space during the same Term. Make-up lessons do not carry over Terms.
    

7. No make up class will be offered to no-shows or for a class that is cancelled once the session has begun.
   
   Withdrawals
    

8. No refund will be provided for children withdrawing from the class after the Term has commenced.
   
   Rules of conduct
    

9. Every child must be accompanied and supervised by one (1) adult at all times.
    

10. Sessions will start and finish on time. Parents or guardians are asked to arrive promptly and leave the room when the session ends.
     

11. Shoes must be removed when entering the room. Socks must be worn at all times.
     

12. Food and drink is not allowed in the class.
    
    Sick-child Policy
     

13. Please refrain from attending the class if your child has fever or any other symptoms, such as running nose or cough. Children should generally return to class only after they are feeling better and have been fever-free for a 24 hours without medication, and cleared by their doctor to resume interactions with other children.

     Photography​
 

1. BebiTots will from time to time take promotional photographs of sessions for use both online and in print. BebiTots will not identify a child by name without prior consent of the parent.
    

2. Guardians are allowed to take pictures of their child during the class, however if other parents or guardians are uncomfortable, they may be asked to stop. When posting on social media, parents must never show or identify other children without their parents' consent.
    

3. Any concerns about this photography policy should be referred to BebiTots.
   
   Consent
    

4. By enrolling your child with BebiTots, you agree that your child will abide by the above rules and regulations. By taking part in any of our classes you understand that BebiTots, its owners and employees are not responsible for any injury to your child.
